TicketSwap is a safe, convenient and fair place to buy and sell e-tickets for concerts, festivals, sports events, theatre and day trips. The Amsterdam based company puts fans first, which is a philosophy that helped them fight fraud in the ticket marketplace since they were founded in 2012. They have given many of us the chance to see that show, game, or concert we wanted to see so badly, which is why we were excited for the opportunity to work with their team.
As the company is expanding internationally, their marketing and communications team realized the importance of manifesting their brand in the form of a brand book. This asset is to be used as a guide book for both internal and external communication, making their expansion efforts significantly more consistent and scalable.
Execution & impac
We worked closely with their marketing and communications team on researching, formulating, and illustrating the brand blue print that laid the foundation for the brand book document. We used our creator network to pair them with creatives that can help bring their art direction and visual language to life. Combining a clean and functional layout with strategic yet easy to understand content, allowed us to create a tool that is coherent as a whole, but can also be used as a brand enciclopedia to answer any quick questions that might come up.
Executing this project in close collaboration with the TicketSwap team allowed us to capture and structure the brand in the most authentic way possible. Bringing our expertise in brand strategy has helped create scaling guidelines for the brand, and has also generated multiple ideas for opportunities through which TicketSwap can provide additional value to their customers, further increasing their impact as a brand.
